2001 420 Island Packet twin roller furling headsail, internal mainsail furling cutter!

"Balabusta" is a beautifully maintained and serviced 2001 420 Island Packet, located in Annapolis and just was prepped for her next owners interest and delivery at our boathouse on the Severn river in Annapolis Maryland! (11/4/2025)

Balabusta has been bottom painted, had her hull and topsides compounded and waxed, had her running rigging replaced and standing rigging and chain plates rigger inspected. All of her teak was just refinished with 4 coats of Sikkens, including all winches serviced and stainless waxed. Her dingy is a Highfield w/4 stroke 20 hp outboard which has been recently serviced.

Balabusta has solar and wind generator, Both AC/heat, (Generator set up remains but unit was uninstalled) and she has a clean and comfortable interior.
